RSVP South End is currently open:

Thursday – Saturday
8:00 PM – 2:00 AM

We also open on select Sundays and alternative weekdays for special events, parties, and holiday weekends. These are not part of our regular schedule and vary by event.

What is the minimum age to enter RSVP?

You must be 18 or older to enter. Please note that we limit the number of guests under 21 allowed in each night based on staffing and capacity. We recommend arriving early if you are under 21, as entry is not guaranteed during peak hours.

What forms of ID are accepted?

To enter RSVP, you must present a valid, government-issued photo ID. We accept the following:

• A U.S. Driver’s License
• A U.S. Military ID
• A U.S. State-Issued ID Card
• A Passport (U.S. or international)

We do NOT accept:
College IDs, paper IDs (unless issued directly by the DMV and paired with your expired physical ID), photocopies, screenshots, or digital images of IDs on phones. All IDs must be physical, current, and legible. No exceptions.

What is your bathroom policy?

For the safety and comfort of all guests, RSVP South End enforces a strict single-stall bathroom policy. Only one person is permitted per stall at any time—no exceptions. Violations of this policy may result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.

Do you allow smoking?

Per North Carolina law, all indoor areas are non-smoking. However, we do provide designated outdoor smoking areas for cigarettes and nicotine vapes.

Please Note: Smoking or possession of marijuana, Delta-8, CBD, or THC vapes is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including outdoor areas. Guests caught with these substances may be ejected without refund or referred to law enforcement.

What items are prohibited at RSVP?

For the safety of our guests and staff, the following items are not permitted inside:

• Outside food or drinks
• Weapons of any kind (including firearms, knives, brass knuckles, pepper spray, or heavy keychains)
• Backpacks, duffle bags, and oversized totes
• Umbrellas
• Professional camera or video equipment
• Any controlled substances or illegal materials

All bags are subject to search. Prohibited items must be returned to your vehicle or surrendered at the door.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, but it’s flexible. We ask that all guests dress appropriately for a nightlife environment. Clothing must be clean and respectful. The following are not permitted:

• Clothing that exposes breasts, buttocks, or genitals
• Political or inflammatory attire
• Offensive or obscene graphics or language
• Sunglasses worn indoors
• Bare feet

RSVP reserves the right to deny entry to anyone based on appearance or attire.

Do you accept cash?

RSVP is a fully cashless venue. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and contactless payment systems at all bars. While we have ATMs on-site, they are primarily for tipping purposes and do not support bar transactions.

Are bar tabs allowed?

No. All drinks must be paid for at the time of order.

Do you offer coat check?

Yes, we offer a coat check during winter months for a $3 fee. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. We recommend storing valuables in the trunk of your vehicle before entering the club.

Where do I park?

We offer:

• A private lot located directly behind the building (subject to availability and fees depending on the night)
• Free and metered street parking nearby
• Rideshare drop-off/pickup zones near the main entrance

Is there a cover charge?

Yes. Cover varies based on the night of the week, performer lineup, and event type. For discounted or free entry offers, please follow our social media stories and watch for ticket links that may offer guest list registration or pre-sale discounts.

Do you offer section or bottle service?

RSVP does not currently offer bottle service or reserved seating. However, for private events or venue rentals, we can provide bar packages and dedicated service staff.

Is RSVP available for private events?

Yes! We offer space rentals for:

Are photos taken of guests?

Yes. By entering RSVP, guests grant us permission to capture photo/video for promotional purposes. Signage about our photo/video release policy is posted at the entrance.

If you do not want to be photographed, please notify a staff member when you arrive. We do our best to accommodate such requests, but we cannot guarantee exclusion from background images or crowd shots.

Can I bring a professional camera?

Personal photos/videos on smartphones are allowed. However, professional photography or videography is not permitted without written approval. This includes:

• DSLR or mirrorless cameras
• External lighting gear
• Camcorders or audio gear
• Tripods, monopods, or selfie sticks

Do you have security?

Yes. Our venue is staffed with trained security personnel, including ID checkers, floor staff, and exterior patrols. On high-traffic nights, we also partner with off-duty police officers to assist with crowd safety.

We take guest safety seriously and reserve the right to deny entry or remove guests who violate our policies.

How do I recover a lost item?

Items left behind or confiscated may be retrieved during venue operating hours Wednesday through Saturday. You must physically match the ID or credit card you are retrieving and provide additional identifying information.

During peak hours or outside of operating times, our team may be assisting other guests or off-site. If no one is available to take your call, please leave a voicemail and we will return your message as soon as possible.
